Matthew's First Birthday!

Last year, on June 26th at 6 a.m. we were blessed with this beautiful baby boy that we named Matthew Gene Durrant. Having him in our lives has been one of the best things that has ever happened to us. Each day he brings so much joy and laughter into our hearts. He has a way of lighting up a room and making everyone laugh. It is an amazing experience to watch each day how he has developed and grown physically, mentally and in personality and lets not forget attitude. He is our pride and joy and we love him so very much. Happy Birthday Matthew!

Pampering Mom

This weekend I got to redeem my mothers day present for a hour pedicure at the Sherwood Hills spa. It was heavenly! If you ever want a fun get away in the mountains try Sherwood Hills. It is a beautiful resort nestled up in the trees about halfway through Sardine canyon which is on the way from Brigham City to Logan. The spa itself was very very nice.
Anyone who knows me, knows how I love my flip flops, unfortunately it does a number on your feet, so it felt so good to get my little toseys pampered. I told Mark it was a bad idea to take me though because I already want to go back! Thank you to my sweet husband for making my first Mothers Day wonderful!
