Flashback!

I was looking through pictures to put on a jump drive for my dad and I came across these amazing gems. Look at the rolls on this chubby bubby. Isn't she a doll. Lucy has been such a blessing to our lives. We love her!!

Our Little Lucy Mae

Updates Updates! Read all about them!!!

So the guilt/obligation/pressure whatever you want to call it to update my blog has finally got to me. Ever since Mark has started his new job, and the computer has been packed away I have had a hard time finding the time or motivation to get on the rinky dink laptop and add pictures. Plus when I do find a minute of spare time in my single mother life, I don't usually want to use it being on the internet. It's just not my thing. So I apologize to all those who have patiently been awaiting new pictures.
And for a little update on how we are doing... Mark absolutely loves his job. He is a new person! It makes all the difference when you love your job. Plus they feed him better then I ever did. As far as the house selling goes. It seems like it has been forever since we put that for sale sign up in our yard. We are going on 5 months and no offers. Bummer. The good news is that we are still getting a lot of traffic, 2 to 3 showings a week, which is excellent as far as the selling goes. I have to say I have a new understanding and empathy for anyone who has ever sold their house before. If the having to have patience while waiting for that lucky person to buy doesn't kill you, then the having to keep your house spotless at all times will. Pray for us.
These pictures are from summer happenings. Including Matthew and Lucys birthdays and just having fun.

New Pictures

Monday, April 19, 2010

Here are some more pictures from our trip. Friday, on our way to San Fran, we went to Muir woods, known for it's huge, gorgeous redwood trees. We went on one of the most beautiful 2 mile walks I have ever been on. Then we headed in to the city. We did a sightseeing open top double decker bus tour, the Aquarium of the Bay tour and China town. It was great fun and I have to say I am so impressed by the beauty of this state. Sunday we headed back to the Sacramento temple to take more pictures. These pictures are taken from two different cameras so I'm not even going to try to put them in any order. And just a little shout out to my Hubby. I love you Mark and wish you were here with us. We miss you
