Last Friday the press release went out that J.D. Clark and Company, where I am currently employed, was bought out by UMB Financial Services. The Kansas City Business Journal is reporting that the cost was $23 million - not to shabby. From what they have told us there won't be any drastic changes for the time being. It will be exciting to see how things end up after all the dust settles.
Also J.D. Clark was recently named the best accounting firm in the state of Utah.
